A. Yes for furnaces and air conditioner we installed. Everyone else 
    M-F 7:30 A.M.-5:00 P.M.

A. No, but with energy prices always on the rise we would
    recommend it.

Q. What maintenance does a new furnace or air conditioner need?
A. Annual maintenance with service tech.

Q. When should I get a new furnace or ac? - What is the life-expectancy of a new furnace or ac?
A. Furnace approximately 20 years, Air Conditioning approximately 15 years.

Q. What are the warranties of most HVAC systems?
A. Air conditioner warranties typically run 10 years on compressor and 5 years parts and labor. Furnaces are typically 20 years to lifetime on heat exchangers and 5 years parts and labor.

Q. What can I check if my furnace is not working? 
A. Switch, circuit breaker, thermostat setting, drain lines clear, exhaust pipe clear, filter.
